Wedding memories are made at our facilities! At Riviera Country Club and Banquet Halls, we offer complete banquet services for your big day from a private garden gazebo to an elegantly decorated room. We offer cocktailing of the bridal table and immediate family tables during dinner as well as the cutting and serving of your cake topped with vanilla ice cream.
During the first evening cocktail hour, our team at our wedding venue in Palos Park will serve champagne and hot hors d’oeuvres butler-style. Along with the champagne, 250 pieces each of the following will be available for your wedding guests at our Palos Park wedding venue.
Teriyaki steak: New York strip steak cubes and pineapple pieces are skewered with Teriyaki sauce
Honey mustard chicken: On skewers are fried boneless chicken breast pieces dipped in honey-mustard sauce
Sweet & sour pork: Cubes of pork loin are breaded with sweet and sour sauce and presented on skewers
Boneless BBQ ribs: Broiled boneless pork loin is dipped in BBQ sauce and served on skewers
Batter fried mushrooms: These whole fried mushrooms are served on skewers
If you want a family-style option for your wedding dinner service, then our wedding venue in Palos Park is for you! This style of service is a traditional choice where guests remain seated and are served large amounts of our food to be dished out by your guests at their own pace and portions.
At our Palos Park wedding venue, we have three selections to choose from under our family-style menu alternative. Meals include a crisp garden salad, soup, rolls, butter, coffee, tea, milk and soft drinks.
Traditional family-style: Fresh whipped potatoes and gravy along with a vegetable of your choice join Southern fried chicken, mostaccioli in marinara or hearty meat sauce and roast sirloin of beef
Classic family-style: Entrees include roast sirloin of beef, mostaccioli in hearty meat sauce or marinara, Southern fried chicken and either Polish sausage with sauerkraut or Italian sausage with red and green peppers in red sauce. Our whipped potatoes and gravy and choice of vegetable top off this meal.
Chef’s family-style: We thinly slice a filet of Chateaubriand, broil boneless chicken breast with béarnaise sauce on the side and serve up our mostaccioli with marinara or meat sauce along with a choice of potato and vegetable.
At our Palos Park wedding venue, choice of vegetable includes: green beans, green beans almondine, buttered corn, sautéed zucchini and yellow squash or a mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Optional additional charge vegetables: broccoli spears with Hollandaise sauce or fresh asparagus with Hollandaise sauce when it’s in season.
