Our team at Riviera Country Club has taken all of this experience and knowledge and put them together to help guide all of our couples and clients. We can be the place for your wedding ceremony as well as reception, allowing for less stressful planning and an easier day for you and your guests. Once you park, you do not have to leave again until the end of the celebrations. Our outdoor ceremony environment has a gorgeous view and is the ideal place to start your lives together when you exchange your vows. We have on-site parking that is more than enough for your up to 320 guests.
We have honestly sweated all of the details, so you do not have to! We have our reception halls decked out with elegant decor, including satin chair covers and bows and chandelier-topped ceilings. Your particular wedding color will be spotlighted with table runners and up-lighting behind the head table. Your registry, cake, gift and head tables are skirted and raised for a special touch. Tuelling can be found above your guest tables.
We are here to serve you with the professionalism and expertise that you expect – and of course with smiles. We provide you and your guests champagne and hot hors d’oeuvres during the first cocktail hour and no extra cost. These bites range from Teriyaki Steak and Boneless BBQ Ribs to Battered and Fried Mushrooms to Sweet & Sour Pork. We serve these up butler-style. You and your immediate family will enjoy cocktails throughout dinner and everyone can have unlimited table wine while they eat. We take care of cutting and serving your cake with vanilla ice cream as well.
Our team has learned how there are different palates and different preferences when it comes to dinner dishes. Our menu is filled with all of the traditional wedding foods that you want as well as vegetarian and unique options. You can select plated packages or family-style, so your dinner is brought out how you want. On our combination plated menus, you can have New York Strip Steak and Boneless Grilled Chicken Breast or Filet Mignon and Grilled Jumbo Shrimp. Plated vegetarian selections include Teriyaki Stir Fry Vegetables with Rice, Broiled Orange Roughy with Lemon and Pasta Primavera with Marinara or Alfredo sauce. Entrees are paired with selections of salad, homemade soup, potato, vegetables and rolls and butter.
